Topic: The Challenges of Responding to Public Sector RFP’s
Speaker: Gordon S. Gunn, Associate Partner, KPMG
Gordon is an Associate Partner in KPMG’s Risk and Resilience Advisory Services Practice in Victoria. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria. Gordon has over 28 years experience in public accounting, auditing and consulting, and for the past 19 years has concentrated on providing services to the public sector in BC. Gordon specializes in strategic planning, performance management, program evaluation, the pre- and post-implementation reviews of programs and information system projects, information technology strategic planning and information security design. He is the product champion for KPMG’s Delivering Winning Strategies service in British Columbia. Gordon is also a sessional instructor at Royal Roads University, specializing in the strategic management of technology and information systems.
